Search Engine Submission API Is Up Again

In case you have been trying to add your URL though any of the automated services that use our API, it might have failed.

You see, we had a problem with our web hosting provider. And that prevented most confirmation emails from being sent out.

I get the problem fixed now, by moving the confirmation emails to another server. Still if you submitted though FreeWebSubmission.com or through another automated service between 4th and 8th October you URL is most likely not in our index.

To those of you that were hit by this I just want to say I’m sorry for the hassle.

To get your URL indexed, just go to our add url page and enter it manually. That’s all you need to do.

Happy Searching,

I really like your site! I did submit my URL at

http://autorepairsavings.blogspot.com/ Months ago and you are showing 0 links and 0 links out. I just checked my Google webmaster Account and so it shows my site above with over 4,000 links while the Yahoo Explorer is showing so far over 500 links. Why is mine here showing 0 ? Thanks.

  3. The Custom Search API lets you skip the control panel altogether and use to create the search engine, you need to submit a context XML and an annotations XML. If you are certain that the file follows the size limit, you could try again later.

spencer: Your page was recently deleted because it’s a subdomain and it didn’t have any inbound links. I’m sorry about that.

    Hi Ralph

I looked at stexas.com and I’ll just say that affiliate sites don’t work. Instead make a site about something your are passionate about and it will be easy to make a useful site that people will like. Then put up ads and offers that are related to the website theme.

Then when you have a site that people like, start doing SEO. At this point Google will also like you so it’s a lot easier.
